La Cour est saisie par quatre familles de demandeurs d’asile, accompagnés d’enfants âgés de 1 à 11 ans. Les requérants allèguent la violation de l’article 3 de la CESDHLF en raison des conditions dans lesquelles les autorités nationales les ont hébergés durant plusieurs mois. Selon eux, les conditions d’hébergement dans des tentes installées sur un camping et l’absence de prise en charge financière et matérielle prévue par le droit national, constituent un traitement inhumain et dégradant
