Le fait que le demandeur ait été obligé de supporter un loyer manifestement disproportionné à ses ressources ne peut donner lieu à une indemnisation égale à la différence entre le montant du loyer réglé et celui qui aurait été acquitté en cas de relogement dans le parc social, mais doit être pris en compte dans l’évaluation du préjudice subi du fait de son absence de relogement.
