La requérante demande le remboursement des loyers payés sous arrêté de péril (portant sur des désordres structurels et levé à la date de l’audience), l’obtention de travaux ainsi que le versement de dommages et intérêts du fait de la dangerosité du logement loué. Le juge condamne la SCI à lui verser la somme de 14 348,63 euros au titre des loyers indûment payés et une expertise est ordonnée pour examiner les désordres allégués et fournir au tribunal les éléments nécessaires afin d’apprécier l’état du logement et les préjudices subis.
