En 2001, un organisme HLM fait l’acquisition d’un logement du parc privé, occupé par un couple de locataires depuis 20 ans à l’aide d’un prêt locatif intermédiaire (PLI). Le bail est tacitement reconduit en 2002, et en 2007 les parties signent un nouveau contrat de location d’un logement PLI. En 2015, suite à des propositions de relogement refusées, le bailleur délivre un congé pour démolition à la locataire, avant de l’assigner en expulsion.
